Inspired by the Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland. This skirt has two layers to it - the bottom layer is Black and Yellow stripe and the top layer is Red and Black. It has an elasticated waistband for a comfortable fit with at least 4 inches stretch. Made in the UK. Great for fancy dress, costume parties, hallloween and Alice in Wonderland.
